Our Mission

Dementia Care Partners trains family and care home staff to become partners in care; keeping the focus on the strenghts and interests of the person living with dementia rather than their deficits.

Our Trainings

Our interactive, skills-based trainings will teach you and your staff to recognize what is and is not dementia, how different forms of dementia present uniqu strenghts and challenges, and how to managing challenging situations by changing ourselves and the environment.
