- Kristin Rains, MSW is an Affiliated Regional Trainer with NTG (The National Task Group on Intellectual Disabilities and Dementia Care Practices) and a Certified Independent Trainer and Consultant with Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care. She is a former Health Advocate and Dementia Care Trainer for The Arc San Francisco. She received her Masters in Social Welfare from UCLA
